πŸ”₯ TRIFIRE SERIES - W9/DAY 3

πŸ”Ή DAY 3 β€” WEDNESDAY

πŸ“– Galatians 6:14 (NKJV)

"But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world."

πŸ” Exegetical Insight: "God forbid" (mΔ“ genoito) is the strongest possible negation - "may it never be!" "Boast" (kauchasthai) means to glory in or take pride in. "Has been crucified" (estaurōtai) is perfect passive - completed action with permanent results. The double crucifixion (world to me, I to world) indicates complete separation. Resurrection life lives from a different value system than the world.
