๐Ÿ”ฅ TRIFIRE SERIES - W11/DAY 4

๐Ÿ”น DAY 4 โ€” THURSDAY

๐Ÿ“– 1 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV)

โ€œTherefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.โ€

๐Ÿ” Exegetical Insight: "Purge out" (ekkathairate) is aorist imperative - do this completely and decisively. "Old leaven" (palaia zymฤ“) represents contaminating influence. The cross work is finished ("was sacrificed"), but the cross-life requires ongoing purging of what contradicts that reality.
