🔥 TRIFIRE SERIES - W6/DAY 2
🔹 DAY 2 — TUESDAY
đź“– 1 Peter 5:6 (NKJV)
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.
🔍 Exegetical Insight: "Humble yourselves" (tapeinōthēte) is aorist passive imperative—allowing yourself to be humbled rather than self-generated humility. "Under the mighty hand" (hypo tēn krataian cheira) evokes Exodus imagery of God's delivering power. "May exalt" (hypsōsē) is aorist active subjunctive—God does the exalting when the timing is right. "Due time" (kairō) means the strategic, appointed moment. Fruitfulness flows from submitted positioning, not self-promoted positioning.
